Hilton Head Island, South Carolina - Part 2

Hey y'all! I hope your first weekend of summer was more exciting than mine! I'm spending every moment either studying or working... this weekend I have to take a practice 200 question multiple choice test to make sure I'm on the right track with my studying. When I pass the CA bar I am treating myself to something special, for sure! 

I thought I would share a few more photos from my trip to Hilton Head Island at the beginning of the month.

One night we decided to check out the Salty Dog Cafe! I would have loved to have dined al fresco and enjoyed the live music, but the wait was about an hour and I was on the verge of eating Hubby's ear. We ate inside instead and munched on shrimp, scallops, and flounder. Delish!

After dinner we ventured next door to Salty Dog Ice Cream and indulged!

Such fun memories!

I hope y'alls weekend is off to a fantastic start! 

Today was sort of bitersweet.  My mom had been visiting from California for the past five days (lots more details on her visit to come next week!) and I had to take her back to the airport this afternoon. 

All good things must come to an end, I suppose. Boo!
