Enormous Jasmine Bath Bomb - Natural Garden Soaps by Paulaparrish

This past Saturday I had the pleasure to help out one of our family friends with their Taco Feed for their youth group. It was tons of fun but I was exhausted after waking up early that morning to drive four hours up North and then stand on my feet all day. Then, we drove back late that night after the Taco Feed to Ripon to spend Sunday with my folks and some relatives that came in from Arkansas. It was great to see everyone but man, last night we were dead tired; not to mention I had been feeling a little sick yesterday as well.

This Jasmine Bath Bomb was exactly what I needed to sooth my tired feet and to help me relax. When I received this Enormous Jasmine Bath Bomb it was well packaged and I could smell the Jasmine from the package! At first I was a bit afraid that it was going to be too smelly for me but once I broke off a piece into my warm bath water it was perfect. The smell was not at all overpowering and it soaked my tired feet and made them feel super soft! I love the fact that my feet were incredibly soft and rejuvenated without any oily feeling left on my feet (like lotion tends to leave). It created an amazing smelling aroma of Jasmine in my bathroom and it was almost hard to keep my eyes open with how relax it made me. I will definitely be using the rest of this Bath Bomb tonight for my bath! I can't wait!!!

For more information on this incredibly relaxing and sweet smelling Bath Bomb, visit http://www.etsy.com/listing/162479340/enormous-jasmine-bath-bomb?ref=shop_home_active. The Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/paulaparrish Natural Garden Soaps, has a number of other fantastic looking products that are also homemade without any harsh chemicals or funky things that I can't pronounce. They are made with organic and natural ingredients and have no artificial preservatives, artificial fragrances, and no artificial colors. The dried herbs used in the soaps are from her own backyard organic garden and hand crushed.

This Jasmine Bath Bomb is perfect for any time of the year and would make the perfect birthday, Christmas, anniversary or "just because" gift!

Enjoy!

Sleep Sleep Sleep

For the longest time I was having difficulty sleeping. With stress from volleyball, my senior year at college, and planning a wedding, I had a lot on my plate. Having the sweet husband (fiance at the time) that I have, he took me to Bath and Body Works and told me to pick out lotion that would help me fall asleep. For those who don't know  my amazing husband...he spoils me! Not a bad thing at all, but a simple sleepy time lotion turned into bubble bath, plug ins, and body wash.

I also heard somewhere that electronics can also cause problems with trying to fall asleep. So, I quickly made a schedule for me at night. I would take my shower, then have my cup of Sleepy Time Herbal Tea, get into bed and read for a bit and then shut the lights off and soon enough my sleepless nights decreased and decreased.

Although I am not going to lie, the night before my wedding I slept maybe an hour, but I figure that's one of those moments that is always going to happen. It's like going to Disneyland :)

Here are some my favorite products that help me get some beauty sleep!!

Enjoy!
