Lime Corn Cookies

The smell of limes is intoxicating! It smells clean! It smells fresh! It smells like summer! So when my mom suggested making these lime corn cookies, I immediately agreed! These little treats are delicious and addicting! (As in, I ate three for desert and two the next morning for breakfast!)

This recipe is from the Los Bagels Cookbook and Blog and is super easy! 

 

Look at those naked limes! All zested and juiced!

 My mom used a melon baller to scoop the dough into perfect little balls. 

And here is the finished product! Fabulous cookies with a zingy lime glaze!
