Does your family receive new pajamas on Christmas Eve every year?

Mine doesn't, but I think it is the cutest tradition. If I have kids I am totally making this a thing!

Whether pajamas are your jam or you've got someone on your list who could use a new pair, flannel comfy pants or a matching monogram PJ set are sure to make anyone on your gift list smile!

Holiday Gift Guide 2016: Gifts for Mom

I hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am currently in Jamaica with my Hubby and his family! The weather hasn't been ideal, but we have had lots of fun playing cards and relaxing!

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? I am almost done! Woo! In case you missed my post yesterday, there are so many Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals going on right now!

Anyone else have trouble shopping for their mom? I know I do! I always try to buy my mom something that is useful, but something that she wouldn't typically spend her money on. 

Here are some heads to get you started....

One -- You can never have two many kitchen towels, and this cheeky tea towel is too cute!

Two -- Help mom stay hydrated with this fancy water bottle!

Three -- This charm bracelet is so sweet!

Four -- Write mom a little note, or dig around for your handwriting as a kid, to have this sentimental bracelet made!

Holiday Gift Guide 2016: Stocking Stuffers for Her

Stockings are, hands down, my favorite part of Christmas morning. Growing up, the rule was that Kir and I were allowed to open our stockings as soon as we woke up. However, we weren't allowed to start opening our other presents until the whole family was awake and our parents had had at least one cup of coffee! 

My mom always filled our stockings with the cutest little things -- nail polishes, lotions, shower gel, pens, candles -- and I still, even as an adult, get excited over Christmas stockings!

Holiday Gift Guide 2016 -- Christmas Ornaments

My aunt gives me a Christmas ornament every year at the start of the holiday season. She has given me one every year since I was born, so I have quite the collection -- 29 aunt-given ornaments -- to be exact. (I can't believe I'll be 30 in just a few short months -- but that is a whole different post...)

I love unpacking all of my ornaments when I decorate the tree. Each ornament brings me right back to the age I was when I received it. I have horse ornaments from when I was a little girl and frog ornaments from when I was a teenager. Hubby and I received a First Christmas ornament from the year we were married and two years ago we received an ornament to commemorate the purchase of our first home. 

Ornaments make such great gifts. I am planning on starting an ornament collection for my sweet niece. This year she started taking ballet lessons, so I am thinking of this ornament.

Holiday Gift Guide 2016 -- Hostess Gifts

It is that time of year again! 

Holiday parties and get togethers are just around the corner! Whether you're headed to Aunt Susie's for Thanksgiving weekend or a swanky Christmas cocktail party at your best friend's house in a few weeks, it is always a sweet gesture to bring a little something to your host or hostess.

Holiday Gift Guide 2016 -- My Wish List

I can't even remember the last time I made a Christmas wish list! 

But y'all... it was so much fun! I felt like a kid again with the Sear's Christmas Catalog! 

I highly recommend that you make a list too -- mail it to Santa, leave it on your Hubby's pillow, give it to your mom... 

I have 25 Holiday Gift Guides coming your way this season and I thought I would kick it all off with my own wish list!

1. A Trip to NYC -- Go big or go home, right? I really want to go to New York sometime soon! I'd love to see a Broadway show and do all of the touristy things!

2. The 52 Lists Project -- I thumbed through this weekly journal at Anthropologie a few months ago and I think it would be a great writing exercise for 2017. 

3. Canon Rebel DSLR Camera -- One of my goals for next year is to take this little blog to a new level and I think one way I can do that is through better quality photos. 

4. Ralph Lauren Rollerball Perfume -- I love this fragrance so much and I recently ran out!

5. Kendra Scott Earrings -- I have this same pair of earrings in black and I probably wear them to work three days a week. I love this pink pair and I know they would get a ton of use as well!

6. Trench Coat -- It doesn't get super cold in San Antonio, so I don't need a heavy winter coat. However, we do get a fair amount of rain and on occasion temperatures do dip a bit. A trench coat would be a great addition to my wardrobe and I think would get a fair amount of wear.

7. French Bulldog Puppy -- I know that with my travel schedule a puppy is a really bad idea, but a girl can dream! For now I will just have to obsess over Chloe the Mini Frenchie and Bosun the Frenchie. 

8. Capri Blue Volcano Candle -- I always have a candle burning! Every time I go to Anthropologie I smell all of these candles and this one is my absolute favorite!

Holiday Gift Guide 2015: Gardener
