For Your Viewing Pleasure | Week 5

Happy Saturday! We made it to the weekend! Woo hoo!

I am currently in Santa Barbara working and celebrating my 30th birthday!

I can't believe I am going to be thirty on Monday! I'm not upset about it. I don't feel like an old lady. But I do have strange feelings about turning three decades old. I don't remember feeling this way for any of my birthdays in my twenties.

To help me get over my weird vibes about this upcoming birthday, I did a little research on turning thirty...

-- On the Internet --

This article talks about what turning thirty means to different people around the world.

This post discusses things to look forward to in your thirties-- spoiler alert -- having money to travel is apparently one of them!

Turning 30 in 2017 means I am in fabulous company with some iconic records turning 30 too -- Michael Jackson's Bad and Whitney Houston's Whitney are among the list!

Ten Things to Know Before you Turn Thirty is a hilarious article about the realities of turning the big Three - Oh!

A reassuring blurb about how turning thirty doesn't mean you're old

Well those helped a bit...

I posted my Birthday Wish List, which was a lot of fun to make! I'm still convinced that someone is going to buy me a French bulldog for my birthday...

Looking for gifts for guys this Valentine's Day? Check out this post?

I whipped up some retro DIY Valentine's Day cards, which I am mailing to family and friends with chocolates and coffee...
